Agree on your trade, service area, project criteria and price per lead. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding the exclusive inquiry. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.
Describe your services and coverage
Define where you work and which projects your team accepts. Agree on practical boundaries and exclusions. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas.
Agree on the commercial terms
Outlast Leads is pay per lead as you go, with no upfront cost, retainer, or subscription. Your price per lead is agreed for your trade before starting. If you cannot reach the homeowner or cannot give a quote on the job, up to 30% of delivered leads can be replaced free. Request details will be explained before you start. The offer does not guarantee a booked job.
From prequalification to your booking
We contact the homeowner and ask several questions to prequalify the request. After they answer, we forward their name, address, phone, email and inquiry. Your office reviews the details, contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking. Keep follow-up relevant to their request.
Set up a useful review process
Record when an inquiry arrives, whether you reach the homeowner, whether an estimate is arranged, and the eventual outcome. Keep a reason for a lost or unsuitable opportunity instead of using one catch-all label. Review those records alongside your lead spend and job economics. The aim is to understand which work fits your business and where your own intake, estimating, or scheduling process needs attention.
